ICS is pleased to announce the appointment of John Makuvek as the new Director of Support. He replaces Bill Myers, who has taken a new role within the company. John brings strong leadership skills and a wealth of experience in building lasting customer relationships from his many years in sales and business development.

Creig Lord has been promoted to the newly created position of Tier 3 Manager. This team of hardware and software specialists is responsible for creating and publishing an expanded knowledge library, and training the Tier 1 (telephone) and Tier 2 (install/advanced troubleshooting) teams. New Tier 3 Specialist, Carl Benner, has joined ICS after a distinguished career with NCR in ATM troubleshooting and repair. Carl reports to Creig.

Nick Schoen has been promoted to the role of On-site Services Supervisor, reporting to Tier 2 Support Manager Jason Dunbar. Nick and Jason lead a skilled Tier 2 install and troubleshooting team that will only get stronger with the added Tier 3 resources.

Allan Skibiel has been promoted to Tier 1 Support Manager, following his extensive experience as a Tier 2 installation and troubleshooting technician.
