ICA Nashville 2026

New IBA owner - April 25th will be my 1 year anniversary at my wash. I’m leaning towards going - I will be going solo- do you guys recommend going ? Thanks
Depends on what you want to get out of going.
Education sessions for the past few years have focused more towards Express Wash/Unlimited formats. Limited programs on IBAs. SS sessions are nearly nonexistent.
I haven’t seen what the lineup is for educational sessions so I’m hoping the ICA has recognized their lack of much focus on the IBA/SS segments and made some effort to give those owners/operators some value.

If you are looking to upgrade equipment, I hope not since you are a new build, this is a great show to attend.

Also, new payment systems. Coinless, Touch4Wash and several other apps were new about 10 years ago and have become widely adopted.

I get my best ideas from talking to people of the show floor. I’m a shy, quiet person so I do my best to try to be more assertive while I’m at the show.

I bring my wife and we try to spend a couple extra days.

If you were to attend what would you want to look at or learn about?

Ourtown and I will both be there and we both have Old Superwash's so we can all complain about the messes we got ourselves into.
When are you flying out and where are you staying if you don’t mind me asking? Shoot me a text if you can - 773-332-4511

Thanks

Also - got a postcard in the mail with a promo code of ICADM99, given its genericness I bet it will work for others... gave me all access for $99.
I put that code in, and it brought the regular $289 price down to $190. Maybe the discount gets less as time passes. Better than nothing, though. I'm not sure if we are going anyway.

My wife and I are arriving late Thursday night. Will be touring some distilleries and seeing some shows before attending the convention Monday and Tuesday. Departing Wednesday morning.
Staying at the Maxwellhouse hotel. It’s a short drive to the convention center. We’ve stayed before. Clean, quiet and fairly inexpensive.
Are we going to plan a meet up on the show floor?
Bill P used to organize the meet ups. This was before we all had the internet in our pocket. Just agree to meet in front of x booth at a certain time.

THANK YOU for the code! I have decided last minute to attend, and it sure was nice to save $100. Appreciate it!

who is planning on attending the ICA show in Nashville this year. I was looking at Expedia last night. Haven’t pulled the trigger yet.
No, No & No. Last time I checked, no one day tickets being offered. Pricing for show has gotten out of hand

It’s funny you say that. I just ran into “PaullovesJamie”. We were both happy that they went to a single price ticket instead of show only and an all inclusive premium ticket.
With the discount code I think paid $199. I can’t complain.

Nashville is always a great spot for the show. I haven’t booked anything yet either, but I should probably check rates soon before everything in the area gets marked up.
