IBA floor rails.

Just saw this thread. Anyone ever try a set of conveyor style guide rails? A wide opening “Y” at the entrance to set the left side of the car that tapers down to foot wide or so that keeps the drivers side in a straight line. You could put a corelator at the front to glide the tires to the center as they enter.

Plastic coating on the outside rail and the inner rail can only rub against the inside of the tire. No wheel damage - passenger side wheels have no rail. This would be similar to what drive through tunnels have in the auto dealerships/car rental facilities.

The old Southern Pride Turbo Wash used this type of guiderail. The machine was on a fixed oval and the driver side had to be a set distance from the tower. This kept the cars straight and true.
