I don’t have an IBA so I can’t answer but don’t get discouraged by the various answers. It’s like asking how much does a car cost. There are way too many variables from location to location. I know when building any wash we get a car per day count in mind that then hopefully plays out to our annual target. Not saying more isn’t better, but there is a big variance from location to location.

I’ve know the car counts of several of my local competitors/friends and the numbers from locations I’ve looked at to purchase.
I think most healthy IBAs are washing 12-15,000.
I know of one location that is for sale that should break 10k this year. I didn’t get excited over that one based on other expenses.
