I need software to track a loan.

I recently lent some money out to a guy to buy a house. I am looking for some software that will track his payments-extra principal-balance due and interest on a daily basis. I have the amortization print out I got at the closing but need something a bit more complex. A free program is always welcome but something that is USER FRIENDLY and around 75.00 would be good too.

Do you have Excel or Lotus on your computer? Both should have a template for what you want.

I second Excel - I wouldn't call it user friendly, but if you have a knowledge of math and can read and understand English you can do almost anything with it.
