Yes we just bought a self serve carwash and are having some issiues and there is no one in my area that works on them. could anyone help me out please. i have a coleman Hana R O power powerpak system with 6 bays. they all have high pressure rinse but no hp
soap on all 6 bays. any ideas
What area are you in?
First since it's happening in all 6 bays check your
soap tank and make sure it's filled with
soap and the hydrominder is pulling correctly.
Even if you think everything is fine dump a little bit of straight
soap into the tank directly from the barrel and see if anything changes out in the bay after a running the pump on HP
Soap for at least 30 sec. If you see
soap in the bay then your chemical is too diluted. Could be bad hydrominder, wrong tip size, garbage chemical, or ball valves under holding tank open all the way.
You have 6 ball valves on the bottom of your water holding tank. Make sure those ball valves are not all the way open. They should be closed for each bay until the pump cavities then opened slightly. They usually are about halfway closed in general. If they are all the way open your pumps will not draw
soap into the rinse line like they should diluting the chemical even more with rinse water. You would also have problems with wax and presoak though.
Next check power at your solenoids and make sure you didn't lose the common wire to all 6 bays on the manifold block.
Start with those few things.
