I am finally getting a dog wash. I was always a bit hesitant on the ROI but having spoken to a few operators I guess (hope) it makes sense to put one in. That's the one I am getting:

Looks like a nice unit. If I remember correctly when I bought my dog wash equipment, it was also a bit pricey. If you don;t mind me asking what are they asking for that unit?

I don't know what they charge. I bought it off someone else.

When you are in a tourist area with lots of condominiums without many locals there are better investments than a dog wash.

There is the cost of the tub system, then the cost of the environment your gonna put it in (like I have air-cond/heated & ventilated rooms), but you're in FL...so not sure.

So my setups (not incl the building itself) was about $10k each

Average cost of the tub and related equipment $7500. Build out of a bay with climate control, signage, and everything else $20k in my estimation.

Dogwash Costs

I am currently building out a 2 bay dogwash is a building I already had. Total cost including FRP, Plumbing, Studs, Insulation, Tubs, Signage etc is just about $19K (Canadian)
