Those are the correct ones for a 511. There is a kit to put "super lean" (or some similar adjective) tips on them. It sounds as if yours has had this done.

Kleen rite has an Ultra lean tip kit that gives more dilution than the Pink tip in the kit you show. Another solution is to premix your concentrate if you can. For instance if you add 5 gallons of Water to 5 Gallons of concentrate the dilution thru the tip is then half of what the normal rating was.

What dilution are you trying to achieve?

I use the small push in tips but not the super dilution ones. They have dilutions like the larger ones but are fed with a 1/4 inch line instead of the 1/2. Much better set up. I never understood the need for a half inch line full of soap feeding a pin hole. Those 1/2 lines are too heavy to come up out of the bucket and make a 90 degree turn into the hydrominder.
The quarter inch line has more than enough capacity. You can get a kit to adapt the 511 hydrominder to the 1/4 line.
