I have to replace 2 hp lines coming off the pump going up to heated trough that have deteriorated/broke down over time. Once in the trough, they connect to SS tubing. Just wondering what others may have or may be a better set up.
Thanks

I always use Synflex (100R7) hose because it gives a bit which smooths the pressure from the pump. Wire braid is a little more durable and cheaper, but if you use that straight to hard tubing you'll either need a pulsation damoener on the pump or you'll have a very noisy building and the gun will "buzz" in your hand. The Synflex holds up very well as long as it's well protected against rubbing on anything. I put 3/4" polybraid hose over it anywhere it might touch any sort of edge.
