How to secure the front of dollar bill machines to wall

I have 2 dollar bill machines. Face plates touching each other outside side by side.
One is a cm-1 and the second one is a er-60.
Someone pried the the corner of the face plate on the er-60. Does anyone have away to secure both faces
to a single column brick wall. Want to stop people prying the face plate out. 10:30 last night it was pried with a crowbar.
The boxes inside are secured and would have to pull brick wall down. Any easy suggestion. The face plates are hard to
drill. Thanks

No idea how to stop them from trying, but here are a few thoughts that might slow them down or limit the damage.
Mount them recessed into the wall?
Mount another flat SS piece of steel around the perimeter of the changers so they have to pry that off first?
Recess a 1" thick piece of rubber around the perimeter so the pry bar has nothing to pry against?

We had a wave of carwash brake ins 5~6 month ago where they hooked to IBA pay stations/changers and pulled them out of walls. We were not effected THANK GOD, but I filled up the edges of pay stations with hydrolic cement hoping that they'll have one less spot to hook on to.

That is a good idea. The hydrolic cement would slow them down. Also installing a steel bar around the machines would also work.
I hired a mobile welder to form a steel frame around outside the machines. I will also put cement between wall and face of changers, before frame is installed Tuesday.

I know what I would do if I were installing a new ACW or just building a new wash (I know, new washes are pretty much a thing of the past.). Since a light is pretty much mandatory near the ACW, I would set a light pole right there (the taller the better). I would then mount the ACW right on that pole. I would then have a concrete or masonry "Tombstone" built around it like many do already. The fact that it should be obvious that they would get the light pole with the ACW when they attatch a vehicle, should be enough to deter them and look for an easier target.

What I did for some of my customers was to drill holes around the edge of the faceplate and put concrete anchors , the pin type, in them. yes, stainless is difficult to drill. Just get a good bit, maybe two, and drill slowly using high pressure on the drill. It's sometimes easier to start the hole using a smaller bit, say 1/8", and then go to your needed size. The whole shebang should cost 20 or 30 bucks.

I did about the same when one of mine got bent away from the wall in a prying attempt. I use lead nail in anchors which pulled it back tight to the wall. I put in a few extra for reinforcement.

I have a dual machine mounted on a textured block wall, after someone pried it, I took off the plate and pounded the edges back to have a taper to the wall on all four edges. Then I chopped as much off the high spots as possible, put plate on and taped the front and used fast setting concrete so plate is flush on wall. I also put a small drip edge on the top to keep some dripping away from plate. has been good for about 8 years since!!! I just hope this isnt vooodoooo posting this!!!!
