How to increase car count

What would you do to increase the car count in your IBA by just 100 cars per month? That is only 3.3 cars per day and certainly a difficult metric to measure.

A 100 car per month increase is 1200 cars a year. If you were to learn 3-4 strategies to increase car count by 3000-4800 a year you’d certainly make an effort to implement them.

I’m sure someone has some ideas. Let’s hear some!

1. Free washes to Teachers, during appreciation week (end May usually (, & have them give 5* rating & share in their Social Media. That improved my business immensely.

Sooner, good idea with getting teachers and respected individuals in the community involved during special times of the year. One thing to note is that it can lead to a sticky situation for giving free product in exchange for reviews. Google can disable your google reviews page if people report you for doing so.
