How do I remove the horizontal part of the L arm from a laser wash 4000 built in 2004? I removed the vertical part. I removed the 4 vertical 3/8 bolts and the break away mechanism moved freely.

If you have the side arch off already and have removed the (4) 3/8" bolts, the top arch should just pull off. If it hasn't been off for a while, it may be sticky and hard to take apart. There are no other bolts holding it in place.
