How to convert a drive thru bank into a car wash?

With all the bank mergers and consolidations I am seeing a lot of empty banks with drive thru teller bays. Would be interesting if there was a way to convert one into a two IBA car wash as they are on great properties just sitting empty for ages. Perhaps a European car wash equipment manufacturer has a system as they seem to be ahead of the American manufacturers.

Anyone have ideas?

Its been done before. , maybe in an old SSCWN?

Also,on one SECWA carwash tour we either drove by or visited a double IBA that used to be a double drive through fast food joint, like a Rally's or Checkers.

My google search only found the new Autobell in Chester MD that converted a bank to a tunnel. However it looks like they did extensive building renovations to make it work, not leverage the drive thru lanes. If you find the one you mention please post a link. Thx
