How to clean brand/almost new car inside?

Hi, as the title suggests, I’m looking for advice on how to clean new cars. I recently got a private job to clean the interiors of dealership cars that will be delivered to customers the same day. I’ve never cleaned new cars before, so I’m a bit nervous and unsure about the best approach.

The exterior will be washed by an automatic car wash and then refined by me — the dealership has already tested my work on the portal and is happy with the results.

I’m mainly looking for tips on what to do and what to avoid when cleaning new cars, especially since some may still have plastic factory protection inside (witch I got told to remove).
