how to build hydrospray wheel wash sprayer and undercarriage wash

I have the classic, the wheel wash sprayers and the undercarriage sprayers have been removed. Removed probably due to not working. I need some ideas or schematics on how to do this. Also, can or should the wheel sprayers be on an articulator to add motion?
