I am a newbie to car wash ownership. 1 month into my 4 bay self service wash. I currently use powder soap but would like to switch to liquid. What equipment do I need to accomplish this goal? Thanks in advance for any help. If you guys have pics of your setups that would be great also.

Not knowing what you have now makes it pretty hard to tell you what you’ll need. At a minimum you’re going to need a 511 Hydrominder https://www.kleen-ritecorp.com/p-21...w-volume-unit-with-siphon-breaker-45-gpm.aspx a mixing tank for the Hydrominder. The Hydrominder pulls the liquid soap out of the container and mixes it where it’s stored in the holding tank. https://www.kleen-ritecorp.com/p-2030-stainless-steel-wall-tank-12h-x-6w-x-10l.aspx you don’t need a big tank, the level of the chemical will be replenished by the Hydrominder when it draws in more chemical. If you already have a Hydrominder and a tank all you’ll have to do is switch over to a liquid soap.

I have an approximately 30 gallon stainless steel tank that I mix the powder soap into the water manually. The tank gravity flows to a 1/4 pvc pipe with a T for each pump. A rubber hose runs from each PVC T to a flow meter and then to the cat 323 pump. I assume the pump must being pulling prime to mix the diluted soap into the line.

All you need is what Randy told you, a small tank and a Hydrominder.
