Hoping for help setting up Nayax cash reporting feature with Dixmor LED7

Hello,
I recently upgraded all my self serve bays to Nayax touch credit card readers with Dixmor LED7 timers, and I am trying to get the cash transaction reporting feature working. I got some great guidance from cantbreak80 who shared a normally open relay, and a wiring diagram for the pulses from the coin and bill acceptors. I believe I have them wired correctly, but when I insert a coin or bill, I hear the relay click as expected but either "coin" with a coin or "AUX" with a bill comes up on the LED7 screen and it stays frozen like that where it doesn't register the money and is unresponsive until I pull the plug and power cycle the timer. I called Dixmor to ask, and they said something like the the double pulse from the relay cuases the timer to freeze up, and they didn't offer a solution.
Has anyone here successfully got the Nayax cash counting to work with the Dixmor LED7? Any advise woyuld be greatly appreciated!

Attached are the wiring diagrams and a photo of the way I wired it in case I am doing something wrong.

Thanks! John

Why are they saying you are getting a double pulse at the timer? With the wiring diagram you uploaded from cantbreak80 basically the same pulse from the coin acceptor or bill acceptor is going to the dixmor and to the nayax relay. There shouldn't be a double pulse, unless they are saying the relay is inducing a double pulse.

Hi Keno, It was a brief conversation with a kind of grumpy guy at Dixmor. Maybe he did mean the relay is inducing the double pulse. He said something like their timers are simple and inexpensive and don't adapt well to these extra features.
