Thank you in advance for your help. I work with a group of car dealerships that have detail departments. I just got done redoing pay plans, and am now moving onto getting them uniforms.
For weather, we are located in Richmond, VA
Summer - shops have in and our bay doors, covered/shaded, with fans (hoping to get big ass fans next year). Highs in the 90s
Winter - shops mentioned above have heat lamps. Lows in the 20s
We normally use Cintas, I need help with the following. I plan on having 2 seasonal "uniforms"

- Footwear for both summer/winter
- Shirts/Pants for both summer/winter.
- What extra items do you all love to have? Gloves, hats?
- I know layers are important, but WHAT layers? Raincoats, long underwear-type items?
- If you are currently at a dealership what do they do to help you order/buy clothing? A catalog and a credit each year?
- I'd like to start everyone off with what they NEED and let them "accessorize" from there, but what is good to start with?
