Help id this part

I’m am trying to order this part but having trouble identifying it. It is used to inject the chemical into the water stream on my choice wash system. It goes from a 3/4 female to 5/8 inch male. Measurement are a bit of a guess.

Any help Id’ing this so I can order a replacement is appreciated.

May help to post pictures of where it is installed and an overall picture of the whole setup, or try Mark VII directly, they have started selling parts direct to owners
