You say “nights” but days can be 0°, depending where you are and what the weather decides to do. So when you ask about “night”, are your IBA’s closed for business for the evenings and your doors stay down? Or can you have customers during this time you are asking about?

Use overhead radiant heaters in the auto bay. Heats the objects not the air. Floor heat in a Auto bay does not work as well.
