Has anyone used the Simoniz Nano Bubblizer?

Resently read a promotional flyer for the product. Curious if it works as advertised or is BS.

There is another thread on here about someone using the nano bubbler and their experience. It was positive from what he said

From what ive heard is it's only beneficial if you have a reclaim systems. Makes no difference with city or well water.
