Hand bay signage - upgrade

The signage in by hand bays are looking old and I am looking to do some upgrades.
Any input on where to get some?
Are hand bay signs important?
Should I go with color or flashy ones or ones that are just to the point?
How many is to many?

I have mine made by a local sign shop. They are matt lexan with the image applied to the back, they call it "second surface". sorry for the sideways images, I'm not going to take the time to edit

I couldn't help but see "In Shower Bays" on one of the signs I get your name is Auto Shower but some "people" might get confused LOL
