Needing some help. I installed a none good hamilton gold line unit from another wash hooked it up how i thought made scene. It will sell the first wash and work like it should but the second wash will just say wait for the bay to be empty. I belove i have something going on with the in service or cycle enable wiring. i have looked through the ev1 manual and haven't found any paystaion hook up info. if any one could help with what i/o s need to be hooked to what would be appreciated

You've got a problem with a Cycle Inhibit signal. Check CI relay in the Goldline it could be you have the wrong relay in the ACW. If it is a newer Goldline it’ll have built in relays. I don’t know what the cycle inhibit voltage signal is or the Autec EV-1 is. That should be in your manual under CI or call Hamilton on Monday.

I think there is a "passive / active" toggle switch on the relay box. Have you tried that?

I don't know the answer to this but you could join our Autec Facebook group. I'm sure there is someone there that can help you figure out the Autec side of it.
