Hamilton changer

We have a old hamilton with a xe validator. our coin hopper has jammed about 6 times in the last week so i changed hopper to a spare. I've noteced that the reset button has been increasing difficult to get to stay down, now it refuses to reset....any ideas?

It must be a old v5.3 controller. Your looking at around $135 - $150 to repair yours. I only know one guy who still fixes those controllers. I'd look around for a used v5.3 controller or a C-2000 controller. You might want to figure out what's making the Hopper jam. It's really hard on the motor when they jam up. It probably has a worn out Hopper bowl.
