I have an old (1990's hydrospray design) in-bay automatic with a Hamilton ACW4. We have updated the ACW4 to accept credit cards, and we've also updated our computer that controls our IBA and installed remote HMI so that we can restart from home if there is an issue.
Anyway, the ACW will randomly stack up a wash sometimes. For instance, after someone pays the ACW, and uses the wash, there will be another wash stacked up after that person has used the wash. Does anyone have any experience with an issue like this? I did shut all power off to the ACW today, to see if it would possibly clear the computer, but haven't given it enough time to see if that corrected it.
I just thought I'd reach out to the forum to see if there are any other tricks to try on the ACW.
