Takes money does not give wash sets no code after money is put in and button is pushed it says to insert money, but already have

What validator? Is it happening with bills, coins, credit card (if you have)? Sounds like credits not making it to controller or controller issue. Randy will know way more

Hamilton it is all hamilton acw and happens with bills we do not do credit cards

Check for loose or broken wires at the validator and at the controller. Seems like your validator is accepting the bill as a good bill, but credits not reaching controller. Have you tried coins to see if those are crediting properly?
