GS-401 and Power Outages

I replaced my gs401 only a couple yrs back and it has been working fine.
In the last couple of weeks the town has experienced some power outages due to some poles breaking and needing replaced and on throwing a transformer and catching on fire and we were out of power another time for a whole day and I don’t know the reason for that one but since the last outage with the pole catching fire and putting the whole city out of power for a few hours my timer is not right.
It is powered on but it said it needed 25 cent more and it will not register it is getting any coins at all. I think you call it pulse per coin. Yea it will not do that.
Did the power outages blow my coin counter or could it be another issue.
Note I have two wash bays and it did not mess up the other bay coin counter.

Probably took out the timer or coin acceptor. If you use a jumper wire between 24vac and coin pulse on the timer does it register a coin pulse? Other option is to start switching the known good parts to the non-working bay to start narrowing down the issue. I think I may have a few of those timers I would sell for super cheap
