Greasing Zierden boom swivels SS bays.

For the Zierden 204B in the bays, how often do you grease and how many "pumps" with the gun?

I use a high quality marine grease about every 6 month and give it 2 or 3 pumps. When I replace the seals I use NAPA Sil-glyde on the "O" rings.
