Goldline Reboots on it's own

Hi car wash owners ... I installed a new Goldine paystation when I installed a new Razor. I have had intermittent problems with the paystation accepting payment and then while a customer is waiting for the customer ahead of he/she, the paystation displays the Firmware message and reboots. It steals the credit from the customer and does not give the wash. It also happens while a customer is depositing cash/coin in the middle of the transaction. We have also come into the wash and the Firmware message is on the display and the ACW appears to be locked up. We have to then power it off and back on again to reset it. Since the paystation is new, I am a little perplexed. Anyone have similiar problem ?

If it's new, I would be talking to your distributor and Hamilton.

I should also add that I am running Washgear credit card reader in the machine ... not sure if the software could be causing this issue?

Is this Goldline new new, like still on warranty? From the sounds of it you have a controller issue. You might also reach out to Wash Gear.
