I installed the Goldline conversion kit from cryptopay a couple of years ago and assumed everything was fine as ignorance is bliss. I have since replaced the in bay equipment from a water wizard to a Petit and now i get alerted whenever a car does not enter the bay within the allotted time frame, which basically means the customer paid twice. In the past, I never really noticed this or had too many issues, but it seems since the Petits were installed, I am getting a lot of charge backs for duplicate charges when in the past I never received charge backs for duplicate transactions. Did the changes made to the Goldline to accommodate the Petit cause a situation where it's easier for the customer to pay twice without realizing it or am I missing a setting on the Goldline to prevent this from happening? Very strange as I don't believe this is happening at my other locations that are still running water wizards with the same Cryptopay Goldline setup.
