New to car wash, bay 4 valve that is selected in bay chatters. Shows 4 volts at valve for whatever is selected at rotary switch. This is before payment. After unit is turned on the selection works, but chatters. Changed selector switch, and GS 27D. Same problem. Any suggestions?

Yes I can use multimeter. Whatever you select in bay. When you select wax the wax valve on the unit in pump house chatters. If you select high pressure soap then high pressure soap chatters.

Sounds like not getting enough voltage to the solenoids. Should be at 0 when timer is off. Something shorted would be my guess. You'll have to start disconnecting stuff to try to narrow down the problem. Could be the timer itself

If all your high pressure functions in one bay are pulsating then it's most likely your pump valves, pump seals, or restriction on incoming water supply to the pump. Its not an electrical issue. Start with water supply and make sure your getting enough flow. Then take each your valves out one by one and inspect the o rings, cages, housing, and springs inside and on them. Most likely your culprit. If those look good I would replace the seals in your pump head.
