Getting a Consultant

See if there is alocal association. Unless you are planning on opening in someones back yard, operators, as you can see from this board may be very friendly and helpful.

I would seek out current operators before spending $ on a consultant. Seek input from several since as you can see---opinions vary.
 
Besides current operators, ask the different equipment distributors for your area on their opinions. Just be very careful with their advice.
