Ready To Change to $3.00 3 minutes on bays and vacs.. currently $3-4 mins on both vacs and bays.. I do not take any coins.. cash or CC. Running 65% CC.. I just want to be $1 per minute for simplicity.. FYI.. please get rid of coins.. you will be shocked in your revenue increase . Get a bill breaker in place of your old school coin changer.. I currently avg 7.40 per customer, and lots of them.. just a helpful suggestion..

Obviously all depends on your area. Wash near me has changed hands twice in 8 years. He's still $1 for 4 min on vacs. He's priced at $2 for 2 min on s/s.....and never busy. I'm $3 for 4 min on s/s. I'll never drop below a $3 start on s/s but I may inch the time down a bit at some point soon. I went to $2 for 6 min on vacs in September and I've never looked back, though I still get a bit of resistance, my vac revenue is up, and I don't mind (as much) cleaning the vacs. In my area $3 for 3 min on vacs may be pushing it.
