i have a general pump cw series 47 CW24.
I checked the oil in it and it has water in it?
what can cause this and what part will i need to fix it?
thanks for any help
You might plan on replacing every seal in the head. The seal kit won't come with the o-rings that go around the seal retainers, so you should order those. It also won't come with the head rings that go under the high-pressure seals.
The water in the oil is usually caused by a cracked plunger or a leaking plunger seal. The plunger bolt kit will come with everything for the plunger seals. I always replace the oil seals when water has gotten into the crankcase - the spring rusts and will eventually break, at which point it will start leaking oil.
