I am scratching my head here. Had a Wet Technician out yesterday and he wasn’t able to fix it either. It keeps stopping mid wash. It’s a list of unrelated errors it seems. I have attached screen shots. Has anyone else had these issues?

I’m not a PDQ tech and have never touched their equipment.
In the automotive world, when I see lots of faults that are seemingly unrelated I always start checking grounds. Check and tighten all of the wire connections stating in the main power panel (use your best judgment and work safely) all the way to the control cabinet. Don’t just pull on them, use a screwdriver and tighten all the lugs.

You are having an issue with the big 25hp VFD located on the pump station. Something is causing it to draw to many amps resulting in an overload. When this happens the bay will close down and the other drives are usually restricted from moving properly until it is cleared. Since it appears that the Overload signal is clearing and then happening again. I would look at the input card in the pump station first. The overload input may be faulty.
It could be the pump motor or the pump causing too much draw.
To check the motor, turn off power to the pump motor. Mark the 3 wire legs coming from the big blue VFD to the motor. Mark tham leg 1, leg 2, and leg 3.Take a picture with your phone to use to put them back in the correct spots.Remove the 3 legs going to the motor from the bottom of the VFD. Then using a multi meter set to ohms check the ohms between leg 1 & 2, then leg 1 & 3, then leg 2 & 3. You should get the same reading each time. If one reading is significantly different from the other 2 then the motor needs to be replaced. If they are all the same then the motor is probably okay. It's possible that it could still be the motor, but further diagnostics require a megger. Reinstall the 3 legs of the motor back to the VFD in the same spots. Turn the power back on to the pump motor.
It's also possible that the pump could be the problem or that some of the nozzles are clogged causing too much pressure on the pump. Usually though you would get a fault code on the VFD with a motor or pump problem causing too much draw.
Good luck, the G5s is my least favorite car wash to work on. They are hard to diagnose and to access, but they do a good job of cleaning.

Okay thank you for the info. I will try these things. We have two G5s at this location and they are both down with tough to diagnose issues and this is our busy season. I will start a separate thread for the other one. We were hoping that the tech would find more with it but after a whole day there they didn't come up with much and both bays are still down.
