Machine will run in manual mode and all the functions work. I’ve changed the PLC and a couple of the modules. The inputs are all normal state. This happend during a wash on the spot free pass. 25 + years of running futuras and this one has got me. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I feel like the uniop is not allowing me to recognize the error. All devices seem to be working fine.
