Fragramatics troubleshooting

I had the busiest week of the year so far and I could tell it by the amount of equipment problems I had. Today I replaced a Paraplate pressure regulator, a diaphram in a Paloma water heater, a blown MH bulb in an area light, and pulled a Nicaraguan coin out of a jammed coin acceptor. I am caught up except for my Fragramatics quadra unit. The unit beeps when money is put in but after that nothing works and the display does not show any time. I have checked the fuses but that is about as far as I have got. Any suggestions?

I have to say that overall I am impressed with the Fragramatics Quadra. I only have one and brings in almost double what one of my standard vacs bring in.

Mel,

What does the scrolling display read? If it states "Insert Smart Card" then remove and reseat the smart card on the top of the scrolling display.

Thanks for tip! I pulled the card, wiped it off, and reinsterted it and the unit works fine now.
