Forum......I have a problem???

I have a JC pump stand and none of my pumps kick on. If I press the contractors they work but put money in the bays and they don't kick on. All the breakers are fine and over loads are not tripped. I did see what I think is a relay that is tripped (pic attached) can anyone tell me what it's for and if I'm correct it's tripped. Or if anyone has any other ideas I would appreciate the help.

Also of I swap the relay with the one next to it the newly installed one lights turns green and the little window turns red-orange

It's probably the low water level feature keeping the pumps from coming on. If there's water in the tank, the float switch is bad. You can bypass it to get the bays going (assuming I'm guessing right).

Has to be a control voltage problem on the 24v side. Do all transformers work no fuses blown on them. Mep is correct a low water float would break the 24v side as a safety and shut all the pumps down. verify the 24v coming out of transformers with a meter first before moving forward.

Thanks guys I will try that. I know my rinse tank was full that was the first thing I checked but honestly I didn't check my other tanks and this is the first time this has happened.

I have the same setup and that look like the low water relay. Mine are labeled, makes it easier. They are in the same location though, so has to be a float valve issue if there is water in the tank. I did have my first float valve failure ever just last month. It was in my triple foam though. I just by passed it until I got it replaced.

I don't see any lights on the left plc, but the picture is from too far away to know for sure and what their labels are.

Good morning guys....yup it was my rinse tank float switch. Apparently it lost its buoyancy and tripped the switch. Removed the float for now and up and running. First time this has happened 9 years in and still have a lot to learn. Have a good week and as always appreciate the help!
