Ford Taurus roof strips blowing out

Your equipment could be setting it up and the dryers are just finishing it off. Or they could have all been damaged before entering the wash. Or it could be one of those silent recalls Ford pulls occasionally (wrap-around bumpers on older Taurus and Aerostars, Explorer rear hatch panel cracks, Pinto exploding gas tanks, ...). In any case, check all of them before they go in, as they're being washed and as they leave.

Are you talking about the strips that go where they might put a luggage rack? If so, we have a huge collection of them in the back room at our wash. No one ever comes back for them.
