Foamy vs Runny

Generally speaking, do you prefer a foamy, clingy presoak, or a runny one? I’ve always liked a runny in the fact that it can pull dirt down with it, curious on everyone’s thoughts.
And if nobody told you today, you’re doing a good job.

I like it so that the customer can’t see out the windows the entire time. If it is runny enough that it starts to slide down the windows it isn’t clingy enough. My theory is that if the soap runs off the car it isn’t cleaning where it isn’t.
