I have an automatic control that is supposed to switch from antifreeze soap to warm weather soap for the foamy brush when the outside temperature changes at a set temperature threshhold. I have two flojets - one for each of the two foamy soaps. The problem is that the flojets get hung up and the switchover from one soap (flojet pump) to the other soap (flojet pump) does not happen. As a result neither flojet pump works and thus no soap to the bays. Each time this happens I have to shut the air line down and then blled the flojet pumps to get the air to start pumping again. Any suggestions?

Sounds like a FloJet problem and not a switchover system problem. Sometimes when they go bad they'll stall. If you can bang on it with your fist and it starts pumping again, the shuttle valve needs to be rebuilt or the pump replaced.

I added a bleed off tip in a T between the solenoid and the pump, works great.

Whose system is it? I was only going to use 1 Flojet pump with the anti-freeze change over system I was going to put in.
