Foaming Spray arch problem

Hi, i am looking for a little assistance in an issue at the car wash i am working at. i have a foaming spray arch and yesterday it started making a buzzing noise at the top right of the arch. the solenoid piece up top had drastically worn and today upon test runs the arch itself turns off any water or chemical that passes through it but the air pressure is staying on which is causing the arch to constantly use up air pressure inside the tank in the back. this issue than causes the tank to get to hot and allows me to not run. i believe the issue is a the solenoid valve but after changing it the issue has persisted and not stopped . any tips or help would be greatly appreciated.

Depending on the arch system there may be two solenoid valves one air and one water or chemical if the air valves are still weeping air it could be from a check valve failure if they are stuck open it could still weep air from the lines after the valve is off draining the line of air pressure

Or the air pressure on the compressor is set to high for the solenoid valve to work properly which could cause the valve to fail even if it was new typically air valves have a max pressure operational statistic rated on the valve itself

Web learned long ago that Solenoid valves should not be in the tunnel. Pictures of your setup will help How is the arch supplied wit liquid? Air?
