Foaming Brush

Hey, so new issue I was just made aware of, my Foaming brushes are not working on any of my bays. I'm thinking its the manifold but im trying to be sure any advice would be great.
Ive turned on the car wash bays and pulled the blue hoses no fluid comes out.

Do you air to your pump? What kind of pump are you using to pump to supply fluid to the bays? If you have air pressure to your pump, if your using a air pump it could be the pump is bad.

Air pump is working I pulled the hose that goes into the manifold and fluid is coming out

looks like you have a regulator below that manifold. When you pulled the hose that feeds the manifold did you disconnect it below the regulator or did you take the regulator off with it?

Have to start going down the line to see where the issue is

Get out your voltmeter and see if you've got power to your solenoid valves on the manifold when you turn on the foam brush for that bay.

I did not check the regulator

So I was able to see fluid moving through 1 line, its moving very slow so it could be the motor going bad

Ive over seen the carwash for maybe 3 years. But I'm not at the location everyday I depend on the shop manager to rely everything to me
