Would someone have a diagram of how the air and liquid lines are routed on a foaming brush system ? I cannot seem to get them to foam. It just runs out like water.
I have replaced the foam generators. Any advice would be appreciated.
What brand foam brush soap are you using? Are you using a Hydrominder to mix it, what color tip are you using? I run my air pressure at around 35 - 40 psi and the chemical at about 40 - 50 psi, I think I haven't had to mess with it in years.
Were they working good and then not? If so, I would make sure your water is not hard. That's usually the first thing that makes me notice when the water softener has stopped working.
Weak chemical is always the first suspect. Check your hydromider for adequate flow. They have an inlet screen that goes bad, and also the diaphragm inside goes bad periodically and must be replaced.
We usually increase the chemical to water mix above the ratio on the container by a few tips. Then the product line setting should be at least twice the air (on an AirLogic system)
