Foam Sprayer issue

Got a new issue that I noticed today.

In one of my 6 bays, the foam sprayer just creates a "straight foam" output. (Video attached).

All my other bays, the foam sprayer works great, strong air + product mix. I replaced both the product and the air valve (https://www.kleen-ritecorp.com/p-3255-g-c-valves-9-211-21-manifold-block-repair-kit.aspx), but foam sprayer still has the same output.

Any other ideas of what could be the problem here? Anyone ever experience this?

All 6 bays use the same hyrdominder tanks, regulator, and solenoid manifolds for air + product. Check the tip on your foam gun. Try swapping a tip from another bay and see if the problem follows.
