Foam brush system

Our carbonate pump is only producing 10-15 psi for our foam brush. Before I replace the motor, pump and pressure switch, is there a better system for delivering foam to the bays?

Before you replace anything is the pressure switch starting and stopping the pump motor. You might need to readjust or replace the pressure switch. If you think the pressure switch is OK I'd replace the pump head. I use a MX- 8 to control my Procon pump, I don't care for the pressure switch set up

I use an MX-8 with the 2 sec. delay so when you spin the rotary switch it doesn't jump on.
I knew there were multiplexers, but I wasn't aware of this part until you mentioned it.
This is my MX-8 with a zero second delay😀
I got 3 washes from the same guy and they're all set up the same way.
It has worked great for over 20 years but its time to update.
I like the idea of a 2 second delay on the 240 VAC stuff.

I only use the MX-8 on my Presoak pump. I should have a time delay on my motor contactor to keep it from hammering
