Just bought more Zep Mega foam blue this week. It was $271 for 15 gals.

For me it foams like crazy. Originally I didn't have foam generators and it foamed okay, but now with foam generators I have a lot thicker foam and use less chemical to do it. Try that maybe.

What hydrominder tip are you using?

To funny.
I‘m using up the last of my blue foam brush and switching over to JBS Fonic for the foam brush.
It will be nice to be able to use 1 chemical for both high pressure and foam brush functions.
Some customers said that the blue was hard to wash off their hands.
As a test two months ago I switched over to Fonic for the foam brush for a couple of weeks.
I didn’t change anything else. The foam was like shaving cream.
Customers LOVED it.
I loved it because it took longer to wash off. Time is money.
I’ve switched over to all JBS.

We are using JBS Fonic PH Plus PR-180 for our high pressure soap and Action Foam Brush AT-105 for the foam brush. Sometimes I'm surprised we don't get complaints of too much foam on the foam brush.
