Foam Brush air purge using existing manifold?

I have a foam brush purge system that works fairly well, but I would like to air purge prior to injecting the antifreeze solution.I was hoping to just use a delay on break timer to keep the air solenoid open, but I am not having much luck finding anything like that.

I know a plc or smartrelay would work substantially better, but I don't want to spend a lot since the system already works fairly well, but I would like to reduce the amount of required solution by having the line clear.

Any ideas?

Try looking at www.factorymation.com. They have several types of time delay and sequencing relays for under $50 that should work for you.
