I just got 5 Flo jets for a weep recycle system i set up( one for each bay). When i hooked them up 3 of them worked for about 5 min and then shut down with a clicking noise and would start back up in 5 - 10 min for about 30sec and then go back to clicking.
The other 2 lasted about half a day and they where doing the same thing.
I checked that the air pressure was there so it must be the pumps?
I'm sending them back to Kleen Rite but has anyone had this happen.

If they're clicking they're still pumping. What pressure are you running to them? Do you have good filtration before the pumps so that whatever you're drawing as reclaim isn't going to cause problems?

They are still pumping but just a trickle. If i shut the air off to them and then open it up it will pump for about 10sec and then start the clicking again. I have them at 65 psi i tried turning it up and down but there is no difference. I have a filter on everyone and they are clear.

The clicking is very quiet and it does not have the air release like normal.
Thanks

I think you might have gotten a batch of bad pumps. But I don't understand what your trying to do with having a flojet pump on every bay? Are you doing a purge system?
