We had cameras and a Flir dvr installed in 2014. I installed the CMS-D3 software on the office PC and my home PC to view the camera feeds and capture video from incidents at the carwash. It worked fine until a few months ago. I can still get the feeds on my PCs in 'Live View'. Now, in 'Play Back' mode, when I display all the cameras, they all flash with the slashed red circle and if I select one and search yesterday, I get a 'Record File not found' message. The dvr has its own monitor and I can use the dvr controls to search several days of video but can't capture it. Flir support is useless. Any help would be appreciated.

sounds like your software isn't able to connect with your dvr over the internet. That's what the circle and slash means. This could be from a number of reasons. Check your network settings, ip address the same? Are you using a dyn dns service? Is it updating properly?
